These terms govern your use of the MetaleMart platform and any purchase or sale on it.

Acceptance

By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Marketplace role

MetaleMart is a B2B marketplace. Sellers are independent businesses; MetaleMart facilitates discovery, ordering, payment, dispute resolution and logistics coordination but is not the manufacturer of listed products.

Pricing & tax

All prices are in INR and exclude GST and freight unless explicitly stated. Tax invoices are issued per Indian GST rules. MetaleMart is registered in Maharashtra (GST 27AXBPB5737H2ZL).

Orders & cancellation

Once a seller accepts an order, cancellation may attract restocking or cutting charges if work has begun. Cancellation windows and stage timers are shown on the order page.

Disputes

Disputes are first attempted through MetaleMart's in-platform resolution flow. Jurisdiction: Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Limitation of liability

MetaleMart's liability is limited to the value of the disputed order. Indirect, consequential or punitive damages are excluded to the maximum extent allowed by law.
