Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

At MetaleMart, customer satisfaction and transparency are at the core of our operations. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 7 days of delivery, as well as exchanges for items of equal or different value. We offer free returns with no return shipping costs to the buyer, and refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving the returned goods.

2. Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

3. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. You may return any product for any reason, including change of mind, ordered wrong size, or no longer needed — in addition to defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

• Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt of the material.
• Defective / damaged / incorrect items: Full refund including original shipping. Please share photographs as evidence.
• Non-defective items (change of mind, etc.): Accepted if the product is in new, unused condition with original packaging, tags, and documentation intact.
• Products must not be used, cut, welded, modified, or processed after delivery.
• Exchanges are also accepted within the same 7-day window for items of equal or different value (price difference adjusted accordingly).

3a. Exchanges

MetaleMart accepts exchanges within 7 days of delivery. You may exchange your product for a different size, grade, shape, or material. Any difference in price will be settled via the original payment method or wallet credit.

4. Return Shipping Cost

Return shipping is free. MetaleMart bears the cost of return shipping for all eligible returns. You will not be charged any return shipping or handling fees.

5. Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

• Log in to your MetaleMart account and locate the relevant order.
• Click "Request Return" and provide clear details along with photos/videos of the damaged or defective product.
• Our team will review the request and coordinate a free pickup within 3–5 working days.
• Once the returned material is received and verified, a confirmation will be shared with you.

6. Refund Policy

• Upon approval of a valid return request, refunds will be processed within 2 business days of receiving the returned goods or confirmation of return acceptance.
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during order placement (bank account, UPI, or wallet).
• In cases where a refund cannot be processed to the original source, alternate arrangements will be discussed with the customer in writing.
• Full refund including the original shipping charges will be provided when the return is due to a defect, damage, or error on MetaleMart's part.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are non-returnable due to their custom or altered nature:

• Custom-cut or made-to-order materials (cut to specific length on request)
• Products altered, welded, machined, or processed post-delivery

All other standard catalog products are eligible for return — whether defective or non-defective — within the 7-day window.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any disagreement regarding return eligibility or refund value, MetaleMart's internal review team will evaluate the case and provide a final resolution in line with our standard operating policies.
