Refund & Return Policy

This policy explains how MetaleMart handles refunds and returns of industrial metal raw materials.

Return window

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for: mismatch with the ordered specifications (material, grade, shape, size), failure of Mill Test Certificate to match the supplied batch, or visible damage in transit reported at the time of delivery.

What is NOT eligible

• Cut-to-size or cut-to-length material once cut as per buyer's instructions
• Material consumed, machined or modified after delivery
• Special/custom orders explicitly marked non-returnable
• Returns reported after the 7-day window

Process

1. Raise a return request from your Orders page within 7 days of delivery
2. Share photos, weighment slip and (if applicable) third-party MTC mismatch report
3. MetaleMart reviews within 2 working days and arranges pickup if eligible
4. Refund is processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of receipt and inspection at the seller's warehouse
