MetaleMart respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it and your rights.

Data we collect

• Account details — name, email, phone, firm name, GST, address
• Transaction data — orders, invoices, payments
• Usage data — pages viewed, products searched, device and browser info
• Communication — chat messages with sellers/buyers (moderated for safety)

How we use it

To operate the marketplace, process orders, deliver products, issue invoices, prevent fraud, and improve the platform. We never sell personal data to third parties.

Sharing

Order-related data (shipping address, contact) is shared with the seller and logistics partner to fulfil the order. Payment data is processed by PhonePe and other licensed payment gateways under their own privacy terms.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data by writing to admin@metalemart.in. Some records (invoices, GST returns) are retained as required by Indian law.
