How to Sell on MetaleMart
Follow these simple steps to start selling metals online
Sign Up / Login
Create your seller account with your business details, GST number, and bank information.
Complete your profile fully to build buyer trust and get verified badge.
Add Your Products
List your metal products with accurate specifications - shape, material, grade, size, and competitive rates.
Add multiple sizes at once using our bulk upload feature for faster listing.
Keep Products Updated
Regularly update your product rates and stock availability to avoid order rejections.
Outdated rates or stock can lead to order rejections which negatively impact your seller rating.
Receive Orders
When a buyer places an order, you'll receive a notification. Review and Accept or Reject the order.
Frequent order rejections will lower your seller rating and reduce visibility to buyers. Keep your inventory updated!
Wait for Payment Confirmation
Once you accept the order, wait for the buyer to complete their payment.
You'll receive a notification as soon as the buyer completes the payment.
Process the Order
Start preparing the material as per order specifications. Ensure quality and accurate measurements.
Quality matters! Good quality leads to positive ratings and repeat customers.
Enter Dispatch Details
Once ready, enter the actual weight, packaging details, and any other required information.
Packing & Forwarding charges are set in your profile. Update them in advance if needed.
Dispatch to Transport
We will provide the transport partner details. Send the material to the designated transport service.
Keep the LR (Lorry Receipt) safe for reference. Update tracking details once dispatched.
Invoice Generated
Once dispatch is confirmed, the invoice is automatically generated for your records.
Receive Payment
After the buyer receives and accepts the material, your payment will be processed within 7-10 working days.
Buyers can rate the order after delivery. Good ratings help you get more orders!
